Myofascial Release (MFR) is a system of techniques that work to address restricted areas in the fascia that affect optimal movement created by pattern overload and postural compensations. These techniques work to increase range of motion and neural stimulation, which helps to decrease pain, tension, and tightness.
* Fascia is a web-like connective tissue that attaches to main structures including joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and more.
-
FST™ is a system of assisted stretching that targets both deep and superficial tissues. Used in conjunction with hands-on massage treatment, the aim of FST™ is to aid in decreasing tension and down-regulating the nervous system to allow for increased ease of movement and motion.

Cupping or Myofascial decompression, is a complementary technique used to treat soft tissue injuries, in order to increase range of motion or manage your pain. Cupping uses suction to manipulate the skin and underlying soft tissues to increase blood flow to and from the affected area.

ASSESSMENT
It all starts with a quick conversation followed by a physical assessment. We look at posture and movement to get closer to the root cause of your pain.
-
TREATMENT
Next, hands-on treatment, movement and education. A variety of techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue, fascial stretch therapy, cupping, etc. will be used.

PLAN
Lastly, we will re-assess to bring it all together to collaborate and create a Treatment Plan that is completely tailored to you and your needs.
